Foods that should be avoided include fatty meat like brining fish, rabbit, or egg; fresh baked bread, whole grains, sugary cookies, vegetables cooked in bacon, strong cheeses, butter, bacon, sour cream, fat, cake, honey, processed snacks, fried food, spicy sauce, dried fruit, chocolate, and ice cream.

Unripe, green, candied, or fruits in syrup are also acidic and harmful.

Some vegetables also can cause indigestion and should be avoided such as onions, artichokes, raw peppers, cauliflower, and cabbage.

Beverages such as alcohol, soda, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate should also be avoided.

  • Prepare a mixture of two beaten egg whites and two tablespoons of olive oil and drink it twice a day
  • Eat green bananas every day. Boiled or baked, they help provide a protective coat in the stomach which will prevent the gastric juices from excreting.

  • Peel and tiny slice potato, slice 3 tomatoes with seeds removed, and a cabbage leaf blend together with a glass of water. Drink it two times a day.
